| Any leftover OXYGENATED water can be frozen, and it will retain it's increased oxygen content indefinitely. Note: The hydrogen peroxide never mixes with the drinking water, and there is absolutely no taste from the hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide also never comes into contact with your skin. |
The Facts
- 3% Hydrogen Peroxide is called "10 volume" peroxide because 1 (one) volume of it decomposes into 10
(ten) volumes of oxygen. - Catalase separates the oxygen and water at the rate of 200,000 reactions per second.
- Acetahilide is usually added to H2O2 as a stabilizer (only a small amount).
